At Boschmann NZ Limited, we stand behind our products with a manufacturer warranty. If you encounter an issue with a genuine Boschmann car audio product, our Return Authorisation (RA) process ensures efficient handling, testing, and resolution direct with us.

Manufacturer Warranty Overview

All genuine Boschmann products purchased through authorised New Zealand resellers come with our standard 3-year (1095 days) manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms may vary by product — refer to your product documentation or contact us for specifics.

Note: Warranty claims must follow our official Return Authorisation process. We do not accept unauthorised returns.

How to Initiate a Return, Repair or Replacement

  1. Download the RA Form
    Get the official Boschmann NZ Return Authorisation Form here: Download Boschmann NZ RA Form (PDF)
  2. Complete the Form in Full
    Print and fill out all required details, including proof of purchase, product details, and description of the issue.
  3. Submit the Completed Form
    Scan & email, or post a copy of the completed form to Boschmann NZ.
  4. We will contact you with an approval number (RMA#)
  5. Package & Return the Item
    Securely package the item(s) along with a copy of the completed RA form. Ship to the address provided on the form (or confirmed by us).
  6. Provide Tracking Details
    Once the item is on its way, reply to our  us the courier tracking number and details for monitoring.

Our team  will test the product upon receipt. If the fault is covered under warranty, we will repair, replace, or handle as appropriate at no additional cost (subject to warranty terms).

Important Notes

  • Do not return items without an RA number — unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed.
  • Customers should initially contact their original place of purchase (authorised Boschmann reseller) for support. Resellers handle initial claims and coordinate with us via the RA process.
  • For end-users: Your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act apply in addition to our manufacturer warranty.
  • Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorised modifications may void warranty coverage.
