Processing Time Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Courier: 2–4 business days

• Rural Delivery: 3–7 business days

Shipping Rates Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.

🇦🇺 Australia Shipping (NZ → AU)

We ship directly from New Zealand to Australia using trusted international carriers.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard International: 7–12 business days

• Express Courier: 3–6 business days

Shipping Rates Rates are calculated by weight and shown at checkout. All orders include tracking.

GST & Duties Amazon and Shopify automatically calculate GST for Australian customers where required. Boschmann NZ does not charge additional duties at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re‑shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
